упр. модель Врума-Йеттона (модель принятия решения, уделяющая основное внимание тому, насколько значительной должна быть степень участия в принятии решений сотрудников разных уровней управления, чтобы процесс принятия решения был оптимален; разработана В. Врумом и Ф. Йеттоном в 1973 г. в книге "Leadership and Decision-Making"; выделяется пять стилей принятия решения: A1 — руководитель сам принимает решение на основе имеющейся у него на данный момент информации; A2 — руководитель получает необходимую информацию от своих подчиненных и затем сам решает проблему; C1 — руководитель излагает проблему индивидуально тем подчиненным, кого это касается, и выслушивает их идеи и предложения, а затем принимает решение; C2 — руководитель излагает проблему группе подчиненных, весь коллектив выслушивает идеи и предложения, а затем руководитель принимает решение; G2 — руководитель излагает проблему группе подчиненных, вместе с подчиненными оценивает альтернативы и ищет вариант, который вся группа сочла бы приемлемым; чтобы упростить руководителю выбор приемлемого для конкретной ситуации способа принятия решения, Врум и Йеттон составили дерево решений; последовательно отвечая на вопросы в узлах этого дерева решений, руководитель в итоге подберет наиболее подходящий стиль принятия решения; факторы выбора: степень важности качественного решения, степень наделенности работников уникальной информацией, их отношение к авторитарным решениям, степень несогласия работников друг с другом и т. д.)See:
